Scholarship to undertake Master of Philosophy in Public Policy at Cambridge University UK with emphasis on Environmental & Indigenous Rights issues. The focus of the study was to equip the scholar with increased knowledge and capacity to implement policy changes to Environemental programs & legislation and how these are or should be connected & implemented to achieve just outcomes for indigenous peoples whose land may be impacted by such policies. . Joe has a particular interest in and passion for both Indigenous Rights and Climate Change has been working at high level in the legal aspects of energy changes & their environmental impact.
