Rotary Southern District ‘Shine On’ recognition program is an outstanding annual recognition program acknowledging exceptional service by people with disability to their local and wider community. The Southern Districts covers five Rotary districts: 9780, 9790, 9800, 9810 and 9820 and they were all represented at this year’s presentations.
The award ceremony was held this year at the Italian Sports Club of Werribee and was hosted by the Rotary Club of Hoppers Crossing.
