Capacity building aims to support clubs to increase their impact without increasing the demand on their resources, through measures such as sharing learnings, tools and mechanisms from proven practice.
Club Excellence:
The Club Excellence awards, formerly the Rotary Citation awards, recognise clubs that achieve specific goals throughout the year, such as increasing their membership, engaging members in sustainable service projects, and giving to the Rotary Foundation.
Club Culture and Experience:
Members who have a positive club experience are more likely to stay. Examples are provided for finding our how members feel about their club.
Rotary Action Plan:
This provides some ideas on using Rotary’s Action Plan to strengthen your club while also supporting Rotary’s overall development.
School Engagement:
“Rotary Programs for Schools” is a resource provided courtesy of District 9800 and provides a summary of Rotary Programs for Schools that may be offered by Local Rotary Clubs.
