PACE is a collaborative process designed to achieve better outcomes for the disadvantaged in our local communities. The first step is to learn firsthand about the problems confronting them as individuals, families, and community groups. The second step is to partner with community groups to make a lasting improvement by applying our skills, experience, networks and resources.

From the evaluation of four pilot projects in Brighton, Collingwood, Melbourne and Southbank we have learnt that:
The benefits to Rotary are many and varied. Through engaging directly with families, individuals, groups and organisations within local communities Rotary will have a higher profile and so attract new members to increase our capacity. Most importantly, Rotary community partnerships will contribute to building healthier, more equitable and cohesive communities.
