Rotary has been a supporter of Ryder Cheshire's efforts in East Timor at Klibur Domin since 2000.
Thanks to the dedicated support of many, Klibur Domin is one of the best success stories in East Timor. It is locally run and managed - from Board level down - and it achieves really good health outcomes for sick and disadvantaged Timorese. A video at the Supper will show some of the excellent post-hospital care offered at Klibur Domin, the world-class TB eradication efforts, and the community based rehabilitation work for injured and disabled children.
Ryder Cheshire volunteers have been some of Bill Dagg's most consistent workers at the DIK store for many years now... helping support Rotary D9800 and other projects in East Timor - Klibur Domin included.
