The Rotary Club Vision Facilitation Program helps Rotary Clubs develop their own Visions and design the planning and necessary steps to implement and achieve those visions.
This program is new to District 9800 but is sure to make a tremendous impact in helping Clubs.

While each Club around our District nominally conducts planning each year, The Rotary Club Vision Facilitation Program is aimed at making sure this planning is effective.
By providing trained facilitators experienced in Rotary together with a Club Vision Program that has been rolled out through Rotary internationally with great success, the framework aims to helps clubs:
• Sustain and increase membership;
• Implement successful service projects;
• Support the Rotary Foundation;
• Develop leaders in the Club and beyond.
Additionally, the program will help Clubs form:
• Continuity of leadership, vision and process;
• Consistency in programming;
• Consensus, solidarity & unanimity in purpose and action.
