| Suicide awareness is an issue that greatly affects Australians. For those who have lost someone to suicide, questions often remain and the most harrowing - 'what could we have done differently?' - often plague families and friends alike.
| | Rotary District 9800 is proud to work with organisations such as the Stride Foundation to try to raise awareness of suicide as a social issue which we can all play a part in reducing the incidence of. By sponsoring the training of people to recognise and help others with issues which, left unchecked, can have tragic consequences, Rotary District 9800 hopes to save and turn around lives at risk. |
