Support Youth In Performing Arts

Storm the Stage is a Rotary initiative to foster the talents of young Australians in the performing arts.

It is now in its fourth year and is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Cannington W.A. In 2006 this project became a National Competition for 16-19 year olds to compete in two categories:
Drama and Musical Theatre.

Storm the Stage has grown since 2003 to become a national event - and Rotary District 9800 is keen to support and sponsor young people interested in competing in this spectacular event.

Wherever they come from - be it Coorow in Western Australia, Bendigo in Victoria, Townsville in Queensland, Adelaide, Darwin or Wagga Wagga in New South Wales - they have the chance to enter
Storm the Stage and pit their talents against others from across Australia. With no shortage of support, this premier event boasts both

Hugh Jackman

and

Jill Perryman

as Patrons.
