AUSTRALIAN ROTARY HEALTH RESEARCH FUND

Australian Rotary Health Research Fund

What is ARHRF?

The Australian Rotary Health Research Fund is one of the largest independent health research funds in Australia. Its goals are to encourage, promote, stimulate and aid medical and health research in Australia; to co-ordinate and manage Rotary health initiatives and community health projects; and, to promote, encourage and stimulate public interest in the prevention and treatment of ill health in Australia.

There are many aspects of community health that urgently require research. The purpose of the Australian Rotary Health Research Fund, a multi-district project, is to perform a valuable service to the community by sponsoring research into otherwise neglected areas. ARHRF’s intention is to be a catalyst for projects that will improve the quality of life for those least able to assist themselves. Rotary Research projects also contain a strong element of applied research.

How Can You Get Involved or Help Out?

Quite simply, the ARHRF relies on donations and contributions from Rotarians and the wider community to fulfill its purpose.

All donations over $2 are tax deductible, and you can donate in a variety of ways:

  • Direct donation
  • Donation via a Rotary club
  • Corporate sponsorship / partnership
  • Bequests

OR

Get involved in Rotary! Either as a new Rotarian or a partner to our initiatives, your contribution can make a difference and attract more funds for ARHRF's initiatives. Programs like this one rely on the efforts of volunteer Rotarians, whose time and effort has enabled the rollout of research and education for over 2 decades.

We also gratefully rely on the contributions of our wonderful partners and the donations from the public to make it all happen.
